• Added resource top bar
• Priority buttons (arrows) returned back to the country production view

  Shoutout @tresimah for these QoL changes that he had implemented in his modification. Known issue of resource top bar: it hides nukes and it’s kinda extremely hard to move this panel if nukes are researched
